Blair is President and CEO of Waratah, Executive Chair of Lithium Royalty Corp and lead Portfolio Manager on Waratah’s Global Electrification and Decarbonization Fund. Waratah is an alternative asset manager with over $4 billion in assets under management across equity market neutral, equity long short, long short equity ESG, income equity, credit and thematic private equity. Blair leads the Company’s strategic growth and direction.

Prior to co-founding Waratah, Blair was a managing director at TD Securities in Institutional Equities and prior to that a member of the Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions teams. Blair holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelors of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from Dalhousie University and is a former member of the Women’s College Hospital Foundation and its Investment Committee.
