About Michael Ceccarelli

Michael joined Waratah Capital Advisors in 2020, after a successful 13 years at a large Canadian asset management firm. Michael is responsible for the management of high net worth individuals, foundation and institutional client accounts.

Prior to joining Waratah, Michael was a Managing Director of the Client Wealth Management Team at Gluskin Sheff, and a member of the firm’s Asset Mix Committee. He focused on client relationship management, portfolio and risk management and business development for private clients, family offices and institutional clients. Previously, he worked at Wellington West Capital Markets as an Institutional Equity Trader and at MFC Global Investment Management as an Equity Research Associate.

Michael graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  He is currently a Board Member for Peacebuilders International (Canada). Michael holds his Chartered Investment Manager designation and is registered as an Advising and Dealing Representative.
